Welcome to our ReWilded Retreat for Women. This offering is a combination of all of the embodiment practices that we love, from our Embodied Woman Retreats, in a more raw and wild setting.
Our ReWilded Embodied Woman Retreat is all about immersing in the natural world, whilst tending to our own inner landscapes.
Being out of sync with the natural world is a root cause for much of the confusion, self doubt, dis-ease and lack of belonging that can arise within us. Our ReWilded retreat is a way to come home to ourselves, both through connection to our own body and breath, as well as to the stars, the sea, the land and this big Mama, that we each call home.
For centuries upon centuries, Women all over the world have gathered and circled together, in nature, to share stories, insights, sacred work and the medicine of sisterhood.
The ReWilded Woman Retreat is a special offering, which honours these innate needs and provides a space for deep nourishment and the birthing of the next evolution of you.
Over a full weekend, you’ll be guided through intuitive and facilitated practices of;
~Yoga & Yin Yoga
~ ReWild devotional dance
~ Embodiment practices
~ Guided breathwork journeys
~ Meditation
~ Ceremony & Nature connection
All the while being fully supported to explore your body’s awareness and learn how to curiously listen to what arises as we tap into the power, wisdom and understanding that resides beneath our own skin.
These weekends are a truly magic experience of ceremony and celebration, where we lean in and tend to our needs. We laugh, share, move, release, dance, feast, rest and stomp the ground if we need to.
We nourish our souls and and come home to the body.
Coming together, to retreat, celebrate, listen and play in sisterhood, is our birthright as women and if it’s been missing from your life, or is simply time for you to create that space for yourself, we call you to come fireside with us for the weekend.

The Location
Our Sanctuary for the weekend is WildWing, A unique bush retreat, on Tasmania's north East Coast.
It is the perfect place for us to get a little WILD, whilst being surrounded by pristine beaches, fresh waterholes and the delights of the natural world.
You can know that your stay at WildWing is having a positive impact on the environment as it has been designed to support and live in a symbiotic relationship with nature.
This means 100% solar power, regeneration of native bush & water systems that support native vegetation and animal habitat, composting and minimal waste systems and a general low impact attitude on the landscape.
Set on 25 acres of bush, with a fresh water creek and a 15-20 minute walk to the ocean, it is the perfect place for us to sync with the stars and the rhythms of the natural world.
With this in mind, please be aware that the venue is more rustic than our Bruny Island Retreats.
Rest assured that all of the facilities for you to have a comfortable stay are provided, including hot showers, compost toilets, kitchen facilities, undercover hang areas, indoor training space, indoor and outdoor fires and a beautiful cedar-barrel hot tub, for soaking the bones under the stars in the evenings.
All accommodation at WildWing is camping (in either tent/swag or van/car). If you don't have your own camping gear, we have deluxe double swags available to rent, for a minimal fee.
This experience is for those women ready and willing to step into a more wild, nature-based, embodied journey, so if you're craving more luxury, then check out our Bruny Island Women Retreats instead!
.
If you're not familiar with Tassie's North East coast, then prepare to be in awe of the sublime beauty on offer. With the warmth of late summer, we can also enjoy ocean dips and the full magic of this place.

Directions to WildWing will be issued upon booking (~2 hours from Launceston, ~3.5 hours drive from Hobart).
