KaHuna massage is a ceremonial, deep tissue form of bodywork where you’re invited into the cocoon, to shed what’s no longer needed & make space for the next evolution of you. Immerse in this 1:1 retreat experience this Winter.

This 2.5 hour journey consists of a 90 minute guided breathwork session - exploring your subconscious and cellular memory, followed by a 60 minute KaHuna massage to continue to move through any material that has surfaced in the body.
