Service Description

A tailored Yoga session where we assess your body and overall needs and move through specific postures that support you, where you're at and get advice for your at home practice. To book a private session, please contact me via phone or email and we can find a time that suits!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me within 24hrs of your appointment time. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
